Hi All,

Just bought a Scott Plasma 3 Premium Di2 for a steal (i.e pretty cheap).

All appears good but it's completely different to my Plasma 3 TT frame:-

Any ideas what the extra threaded holes are for

I've been busy upgrading my Scott Plasma 3 Premium TT Di2

Firstly the I've gone 1x11 so fitted a custom carbon fibre chainring made by Fibre-Lyte (Hansell Composites)

Fits perfectly to my Shimano Dura-ace 900 crank and I upgraded the bolts to some KCNC ones at the same time

I've changed the QR's to titanium KCNC items along with the jockey wheels

The brake pad holders are now KCNC and I trimmed the Zipp pads to fit the rear correctly so that toe, etc can be adjusted

I've changed the front brake from a TriRig to a DA9000 to improve the braking power

I made a custom carbon cover to replace the aluminium one supplied

As I mainly do mountain biking, Xpedo lightweight pedals are what I prefer

I've fitted a custom Dash saddle and replaced all the bolts with either titanium or alumimium ones

It goes without saying that a name sticker is very much needed

Zipp carbon tri bars offer loads of adjustability and all bolts are now titanium

Hollow tech bolt replaced with a KCNC item

The whole thing with Zipp 404 clinchers and pedals weighs 7.4KG which I think is pretty good for a tri bike
