I ended up scoring a brand new pair under warranty as the molded in heel pads on the SHR320 all snapped off in less than 8 months!

I tried 43 Sworks shoes and they were too big, a 42 Sworks fit me snug and nicely. My Shimano's are 42 wides and after heat molding fit like a glove. They don't appear to have a replaceable heel.

Sorry for picture quality, just tried new SH-R171 - which are also nicely upgraded so as R321. In my opinion, they look sleek! Fit is nice, possibility to move the mount of strap is good feature.

Tried these and just didn't work for me. I've a very low volume and these, like many options, just had too much room in the front around the top of the foot. Giro are, without doubt, the best fit for me.

These do look bloody good though and are incredibly well made.

Nice addition to the line-up. If they make an all white or all blue edition I'm in!

I was hoping that wouldn't be your answer. No E sizes listed.

Not normally a massive fan of all black shoes, but I think they look better than the half black / half white offering.
All white should look... well, alright, I think!

Edit: The all black ones could be good for someone that does a lot of heavy winter riding though. Wouldnt show as much dirt and road muck, and the material seems like it wouldnt hold a lot of water / would dry out pretty quickly... Could be a good option!

Desperate for an all white version of these. Love the white R320s but they're on their last legs.

Trying to decide between the "cheap" SH-R171 version and the SH-R321.

1. Is the stack height the same?
2. Is the heat molding worth it?
3. Good for narrow feet?
