I have retrofitted Shimano Dura Ace Di2 9070 to my Felt F4 2013, and managed to do a pretty much internal install on a non Di2 frame. Posted this video as may be helpful to other.

If anyone else has ideas to tidy the install up further, would be interested to hear/share.

Internal? With the cables running outside the tubes?

Pretty clean though. The main thing which caught my eye is the wobbly cable in the downtube - would be nicer if it was straight.
I'm left handed, if that matters.

It really depends how far are you willing to go. It is not a "500USD job" to do it all internal, but then you can't go back to mechanical.
You can use the holes, used for cable stop rivets, to route the wires into the tubes and out of them. They probably need to be enlarged but this can be done with a regular drill (i seriously doubt that it will weaken the frame). You can put an internal junction box inside the frame through the bottom bracket. It just takes some balls to drill the frame :)
