I'm using a 10 speed Di2 setup, will any 10 speed Shimano cassette work or is the Di2 cassette specific to this drive?

Any 10s cassette (Shimano or SRAM) will work.

most any of the compatible cassettes like KCNC / Recon will work too and you're saving dollars and grams in some cases...

Also, run a new (or new-ish) cassette if you're running a new chain / drive system
