Is it me or are the s-works chainrings (non "team" version) extremely soft flimsy.
Previous experience mostly with Red chain rings and simply looking down under load shows quite a bit of back and forth on the chain ring. Not rubbing unless cross chaining but still - more than I have noticed before.
Perhaps it's time to move to praxis!
S-works chain ring soft?

We had a ex track athlete who would come into my store and train. One day he borrowed someone's bike with sworks rings. He's doing his thing then all of a sudden BANG, while sprinting he managed to flex the chainring enough the chain fell off with explosive results. His bikes are all Dura-Ace equipped and this has never happened to him before. He had to get up to 2000watts to do this though but it happened every time he got that high.

Not Specialized, but I switched from Rotor non Q-Rings on a Rotor 3D+ crankset to Praxis rings and the Praxis were dramatically stiffer. I highly recommend them, close second to Shimano in terms of the leading chainring manufacturer.
