Has anyone had any experience with Fondriest TFZero? Issues, ride quality etc.
Currently own a Canyon Ultimate CF and looking at the TFZero.
Thanks

I had a good look at one here at le beau velo in London who are dealers. I thought it looked great and was priced competitively for an actual made in Italy frame, plus they are pretty rare and the priced included custom fit. Sorry no ride experience though.
Judging by the carbon used and the frame's design I guess it will be a great riding frame. Not super stiff nor super light but pretty special.

Thanks for the replies, seems there aren't that many of them around. I can't find any bad reviews on them, although the Sarto's now have me thinking.....
It would be interesting to find out who else Sarto make frames for. The TF Zero is a much more traditional looking bike than the others in the range, which would make sense if it's made by a third-party and is also probably why the Fondriest special reverse curve fork design isn't on the top end frames. I know the lower end Fondriest frames are made in the east.
The Dave Lloyd link is: http://www.davelloydcoaching.com/products/ . Before Fondriest he used to sell Viner's. I loved the ride of my old Viner so I am interested to see how the TF Zero would compare.

I have a TF2 1.0 and it rides and handles very well. TF Zero review here http://road.cc/content/review/65876-fondriest-tfzero

I have the TF2 as well and I agree that it rides quite well. It's a different bike than the TFZero but it's quality carbon work. My size L weighs 1072g. Although not as nimble as a SuperSix, I still find it plenty fast for the Danish roads. I wouldn't be mind trying or owning a TFZero but I'm unfamiliar with the work of Sarto.
Sarto probably make some of the best carbon fibre bikes in the world. Most of their production is OEM. They have been supplying professionals, including Rominger, Fondriest and Armstrong for many years. At one time they were making at least 30% of the bikes in the pro peloton. Even now there are world tour teams and riders riding Sarto manufactured frames.
Many top brands have their top of the range frames built by Sarto.
If you want to find out more about them you can read about them here:

They are a great friendly team of people.
Sarto frames are expensive but no more than Asian made monocoque mass produced top of the line frames for other brands.
Last year Tour magazine tested one of their frames and the tester said it was the best frame he had ever ridden.
Hope this helps.

Hi
I own a tfzero and it is by far the best best bike I've ridden! You just get that 'this is special'-feeling the moment you're in the saddle. I've been on a centouno, aeroad, new cf slx and R5, all great bikes, but the fondriest is something Else...
Let me know if you wanna know more...

(i can't upload the photo for some reason, so have posted it at the link above)
The TF0 is a great ride - when it first came to the market, it was the competitor to the C59 - it was lighter though, so had all the characteristics of a C59, but faster acceleration - YIPPEEE!!!
The main big production line brands (colnago, pinarello, bianchi, wilier) haven't really come up with anything to rival it (maybe the Specialissima), whereas the other Italian brands have got something to compete against it - in particular Sarto, saving their high-end frame (Seta) for the Sarto label only
