Are Mavic shoes true to size? I usually wear a size 10 US, so would a 10 in the Mavics work fine for me or do I need to go with the 10.5?

Go one size bigger. Better to meassure your feet by standing on a white paper. Take a pencil en mark your feet.
Check Mavic size table and check the size you need. Mavic shoes are very narrow.

A size 10 what? Go one size bigger than what?

Seems to be some crucial information missing somewhere...

Not sure what crucial info you're missing. I provided the info needed.

I wear a size 10 shoe and I want to know if a size 10 Mavic shoe will fit, or if I need to size up. You want to know the model shoe? It's Zxellium, but I can't imagine that the sizing will be difference across models.

I take a size 10 US shoe and have a pair of Mavics in size 45. My feet are on the wide side.

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
