No eBay or links to sites selling these, please.
I have ones which are similar but not identical to the "Plasma". FWIW, I've had a couple different Chinese integrated bars, and never had any sort of issue with them-and they've been ridden hard, thru potholes etc. I'm a light guy, fwiw.
Of course, a good light stem and bars are somewhat lighter than these.

Yes and no.
Original products also can break. You are not free of risks with Original products.
How many times you have heard that this kind of handlebar failed and cracked?
These handlebars are pretty bulky and that makes them not so vulnerable for breaking.
So in general the risk is not very high with this type, although you need to be aware of what you buy and from whom.

Don't buy from Pingthyy2010 on ebay.
That is an asshole. When something is wrong he is not prepared to react or solve problems in the right way.
Handlebar I bought had unequel ends and he blamed customs to do this, yeah right. Even when they would have done that, then it is his problem not mine. But package seems to be unopened. BTW packaging was very poor in a trashbin bag instead of box. Who the heck is sending a vulnerable item to the other side of the world in this way? A drama to communicate with when something is not ok.

I'd also like to ask about chinese finishing kit, particulary, seatposts.
I've used a quite decent Crabonfibre seatpost, with which I'm totally satisfied. Now I'd like to get an alloy one for a town bike of mine, and I'd like to ask if there's anyone who has experience with the inline zero offset 2 bolt ally seatposts that the chinese sellers list on aliexpress or on ebay.
Some of them says that the recommended rider weight limit is 80kg-s which seems very unusal. Should I risk one of them? they typically weigh in at 210-220 grams in 350mm length, which is imho very good for a cheap alloy post.
thanks for the input : )

The thing is that I already bought it ...
And looks and feels very decent ... but I'm not sure to use it ... because, you know, china quality, ... oh, I don't know
I'm sure a majority of us sceptics would use it if wouldn't know that is not original. Or?
I guess I'd try it out and report ...

I understand that this is a critical part, but I've yet to see a report of an actual failure. If anyone can point me to one, I'd stand corrected.
There's lots of gloom and doom about these parts, but the integrated bars and stems generally weigh from 350-425g and as such are pretty overbuilt.
