It it possible to run the new Bontrager Aeolus D3 wheels tubeless with a tubeless rim strip?

Bontrager doesn't make a rim strip, like they do for their aluminum lineup (R, RL and RXL). That being said, you can just set it up as a traditional conversion (wrap the rim bed with Stan's tape, poke a hole for the valve, and mount a tubeless tire).

I've described the process of setting it up a couple of times, just look through my history. That being said, make sure you use STAN'S MOUNTAIN BIKE tape (not the narrower, road bike, tape). Also, make sure you double wrap the tape.
