Zipp 404 Firecrest Wheels

I have a set of 2013 Zipp 404 Firecrest tubulars (V8 Hub) that I want to change over from 11 speed Shimano to Campagnolo. Does this require a re-dish of the rear wheel? I know the 2012 version needed a re-dish when converting from 10 speed Shimano to 11 speed, but do the newer V8 (2013) and V9 (2014) hubs also require it when converting to Campy?
