The bearings came stock with the wheel is the 6001RS, which only has seal on one side, and there is this bearing 6001 2RS, which is the same thing but the difference being it has seals on both side, just wondering if I happen to get the 6001 2RS, will it be compatible with the wheel ?

Yes.

The bit as the end only refers to the sealing, other than that it'll be identical.

Thanks for the reply, but will it affects performance, something like more drag on wheel spin ?

Yup, there will be slightly more drag. If it will be noticeable is dependent on how good the wheels are anyway! (How concentric the bearing seats are, how straight the axle is and so on.)

TBH, if it came with single seals, and the bearings have lasted long enough, why not get more of the same?
6001 bearings are (extremely) widely available.
