Look to be the wrong shape (pre- 2011's)
The pad shape hasn't changed, it's just a cutout added to accommodate the shoes with retaining clips.
The newer pads will fit in the old style shoes.

As one post already said, the way to go is to buy campag specific shoes from Jagwire on ebay. They are black and integrate with the record brakes perfectly. The problem with the 2012 and newer campag brake shoes is that they switched to a spring anchored design with a notch cut into the pad and none of the aftermarket pad makers followed their lead.
