Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

Calfee said the stays only needed to be wrapped. In fact, I got an email this morning that the repairs are already complete. Shimano also warrantied me a new RD, albeit in the stainless finish.

There are two spokes on the wheel that are bent, but it's otherwise OK. I'll have the spokes replaced and that'll be that.

Were you running the derailleur in its stock configuration, or did you try using pulley wheels with more teeth, a la madcow, and with similar results?

Completely stock. I went from a 27t to 25t cassette without adjusting the chain length, but that adds length if anything. And the cassette change was in December.

$300 for each chain stay and $100 for a "clear coat", which clearly involved some repainting and pinstriping to blend it.
