I got my hand on two Selle Italia's 2014 SLR Carbonio Flow saddles for my Cervelo S5 and for one of my friends. The new carbon rail, according to Selle Italia uses carbonceramic technology or coating or something else. Just to report that, they are actually working great on my S5, which do not accept other carbon rails without modification to the clamp. Saddly, it doesn't work on my friend's bike, which uses a Ritchey super logic seat post with the clamp for standard round rails. It turns out that the diameter of Ritchey post is probably either a little bit smaller than 7mm or Selle Italia's carbon rail is a little bigger.

Ritchey makes clamp kits for oval carbon rails. One of them should work for your friend.

Thanks. but He has ordered it from a dealer, and I don't whether he would encounter another fitment issue as the carbon rail is a standard 7mm one. The saddle manual suggests not to use it on non standard clamp (probably previously carbon specific clamp). Don't know what will happen :?

Oh BTW forgot to report that both 2014 SLR carbonio flow saddle weigh 119g, only 5g heavier than claimed
