Decent Price for Tarmac S-Works

So now that I've confirmed that you can't get just the Tarmac framesets here in the US. What is a decent price for the Tarmac S-works 2006 frameset? I know the retail is about $2800. I've seen several buildups on here using that frame, and just wanted to get a rough estimate of what people were actually paying for that bad boy. Maybe I can stretch the budget a bit and get one. Thanks!
