Hello!

I'm running Campy SR 11 on a 2010/11 Scott Addict R3 frame. It's BB86 (I think) and so I'm running adaptors for the Ultra Torque cranks. I have available to me a Quarq/SRAM Red 22 crankset which, obviously, would give me power metering. I figured BB30 into BB86 doesn't go since standard BB30 cranks have a 68.5mm spindle. Yet this crank is 86.5mm so they have made it compatible with more options. I think!

Would this help perhaps?

Any info MUCH appreciated.

Cheers,

Paul from Tasmania.

You again!

This issue has come up before. There are after market BBs (Rotor etc) available to convert BB86 to BB30 but the downside of most is that the bearings (due to the size constraints) are small and tend to wear very quickly.
