Experiences with Selle Italia Optima Teknologika

I want a saddle for my roadbike when sitting in an aero position with an aero bar so I want to be able to sit on the front of the saddle. I'm very interested in the Selle Italia Optima Teknologika:
The weight is only 145 grams total (weighted) and according to one person the integrated bottle cage works fine now on the never version. I've also noticed the nose of the new model (2013) looks a lot more like a TT saddle than the old one.
Any experiences are hard to find though and I have also found A LOT off people who are selling this saddle on the forums.
Any experiences with this saddle? and with this model in particular.
