New frame coming and new Deda 35 mm handlebars to go on it and need a Garmin mount to fit these O/S bars as the standard clamps for 31,8 bars are too small , I Came across the raceware direct model which uses the 3 d printing method but was wondering if there any other offerings out there .

Have you looked at the K edge mount that fits under the top cap like an upper spacer? I really like mine, although I'm using it with a Wahoo RFLKT.

Last I looked the Raceware mount was arguably the best one. It's light, holds the garmin securely yet does not break off the delicate tabs, and keeps the unit close to the bars and level with the bars like an SRM head unit. It's in your field of vision (since it's in front of the bars) yet not sticking up into the wind or sticking out visually. Even though it is 3d printed it's strong and not brittle.
