My Allez uses a 105 band on front derailleur. Can i some how use an DA braze on or do i have to use an band-on?
And i can't seem to find the diameter any where...

This is the Di2 one....not sure what the difference would be. I have used them before on a previous bike with success. There are also carbon versions that may work depending on the size.

EDIT:

Apparently K-Edge makes the too

Thanks for the links! I'll run by the local shop and ask them to order something home.

there are many companies that make braze on to clamp on adaptors. campy, shimano, problem solvers, FSA, K edge, sram, even Parlee makes a carbon one - and I'm sure theres more. contact your local shops/mail orders and I'm sure you can find something
