Just got one, 400mm, 174g. The bolt is steel and quite heavy.

When I initially installed mine on the cross bike, although I torqued to 5nm failing to realize the seat clamp I used called for 9nm so after a 2-hour gravel ride, the post slippage effectively removed most of the logo. :oops:
