Cannondale Hollowgram Replacement Ideas

I've been thinking about replacing my Cannondale Hollowgram SiSL2 crankset with something carbon. After 10K miles, the chainrings need replacing and I'm dumping the SRAM PF30 bottom bracket for a Chris King to try and get rid of any creaking. My Supersix Evo has Di2 and was debating largely between the new FSA SLK Light and a SRAM Exogram. Am I nuts and should just replace the chainrings? BTW, I know there will be many folks happy to take the Hollowgrams off my hands...

I have the Chris King on mine and no creaking... Keep the Hollowgram and buy a set of rings. What size do you need? and do you need both of them after 10K

Thanks for the replies! I really wanted to keep my Hollowgrams...I guess I just needed validation... If I had a full SRAM groupset, I might go Exogram, but I'll probably just get some Praxis chainrings. Glad folks have had luck with the CK bottom bracket. I have them on my MTB and CX bike.

I'm not sure what it would look like but you could get the SRAM exogram chain rings (non-hidden bolt). They are priced decently and they shift awesome.

So you want to "upgrade" to a less stiff crank the weighs more? Get some new chainrings. I love my SISL2 cranks.

Anything you use to replace Si's would have to be pretty spectacular. FSA chainsets........somewhat less than spectacular (not terribly bad, but not in the same bracket as the Si's)

Oh God! I just purchased a DA9000 chainset to replace my SISL. Going to pair it was the Praxis works BB30 adaptor.

Your crazy! Do not down grade your crank. I echo the Praxis rings.

If you run shimano the new 9000 crank is miles ahead of any hollowgram crank. And for what its worth hollowgram sisl 2's are only about 20g lighter then SLK cranks. The exogram crank is also nice, but would only suggest running it with a full red group.

I ended up going with the Chris King BB and Praxis rings. That seems to have solved the problem!
