If you do your research a bit, you will find:
1. 22 or non-22, the "Exogram" crankset is incredibly light.
2. The difference between the 22 and regular versions is pretty much the same. There may be a small difference but in practice it is negligible.
3. Read that thread (previously linked). Consider alternate BBs and rings. You will find your crankset, on budget, can easily hover under 600g complete (arms+spindle+rings+bb)
Plenty of threads to go digging into. Also look at the particularly lighter builds in the Introduction/Gallery section, they will offer some insights.
