I have an altura pocket rocket. I bought it originally for a 9 day, 850 mile ride across the UK - the weather was shocking but it held up amazingly. I have a lot of expensive kit but, for me, this is one of the best investments I've made. They come up large, so I went smaller. Also the reviews note the front is cut quite short but is fine when your hands are on the bars.

That Pactimo looks pretty good. A friend from the USA had one in black and it seems pretty great quality. Not tried to get one imported yet as I'll wait for the Rapha to wear out. He says 3 years on...
