That should be easily doable with a tarmac sl3. Should we assume you don't want to change any of the parts you mentioned? Because you could easily lose some weight in the wheels and the force group.
You can also lose weight via replacing the small bits and pieces with botique parts. What are your cables, pedals, seatpost, skewers, chain, cassette, bearings? Another super cheap way that requires work is hand tuning your parts (removing paint, cutting, etc.) - lots of posts about creative ways to do this.
Good luck and I think that you are in the right place, this forum is full of experts and great examples if you search. And the SL3 is a fantastic frame with low weight and amazing performance, one of my favorite frames.

Most definatly, but why not the S-works crank instead?

Here are some pictures of the new S-works crank I just got. Its light as can be, and the pricing is really reasonable. I mean 400 bucks for the crank and spider and it comes with new bearings. it is an extremly stiff crankset though, I am a big dude so it needs to be stiff.

I love my SL3! here are some suggestions if you are interested in getting yours on a diet. I'm still trying to shave a little more weight off. I agree with many above, wheels are a first place to start. I used to have system 30s as well and dropped more weight switching to a custom set.
Hope this helps
