4iiii dual power meter fitment

Does anyone know weather a 4iiii dual sided power meter (Dura Ace 9000) will fit a 2014 cipollini bond. I have download their guide for putting a aaa battery between crank arm and frame but it wasn't loose but rather tight. So wondering what their tolerances are. Thanks for the help
