Any body know when this is getting released?

I have had it on order, awaiting release from my LBS for ages now.

Need it to match the stem and bars, gothic vampire style.

How light is it? It has to be lighter the their light seat post because it's "super light".
Light by how much?

In the 2014 catalog it is written that the 31.6mm version weighs 176gr. In comparison the superzero is 216gr in 31.6mm.

below 100 grams? that is impressive. I wonder how strong that will be?

Would that be for the 27.2 mm seat post?

I highly doubt it! We will have to wait for the actual weight. I will be able to weigh one as soon as they are available.

27.2 should be around 140gr. maybe. My superzero 27.2mm tuned weighs 153gr. I cut the tube about 2 inch, put pop yokes and modified the craddle. If I swap the bolts I could go under 150gr.

I guess with some tuning, the superleggero 27.2 could reach around 100gr. We shall see soon enough.

Take anything Deda says about weight with a pinch of salt. I think they weigh stuff in a special lab where gravity behaves differently.

The Thomson Masterpiece 27.2 x240mm weights in at around 155 gr. and it's one of the strongest out there.

Cool story. The kink in the masterpiece is also super ugly and the VeloNews test showed that it was one of the most harsh-riding seatposts.

I had a tuned Superzero as well that I got down to 145 using a random carbon cradle I had lying around, some ti bolts off the interwebs, and some lighter yokes. Light, looked nice, seemed to not transmit as many vibes as my Thomson

That's the seat back version of the Thomson you are referring to.
I am referring to the straight Thomson Masterpiece seat post.

Vibration transmission through seat post ...I'd like to sell you some vibration cancelling plugs for your handle bars

Still not available. The reason why I am looking for it is that this is one of the few post with a 12mm setback.
