I'd recommend the Ritchey.

Thomson is heaviest, but looks very well made in CNC.

Are there no deda stems of 73 degrees other than the pista mentioned; is best -10 (80 degrees)?

pista stems will rule 2014. I want one.
Bontrager makes a complete line of 17deg. stems in their RXL line (aluminum), but nothing listed in their RXXXL line (carbon) for consumer use. Claimed weights range from 111g (75mm, white) to 141g (120mm, black). I'm sure weight can be saved by stripping off the paint.

I've used the same Thomson X2 for the past 6 years (moved between different bikes) and it's been great. Could probably get it a little light switching to Ti hardware. For what it's worth, the stiffest cockpit I've used to date has been an X2 stem mated to an Enve bar; aesthetically they match up pretty well too.
