I'm thinking of buying a frame from switch bikes.

Anyone here own one or have any experience?

Seems like they have been going a while but not much info out there that I can find.

No personal experience. A friend wanted to build a belt drive fixed gear and I found him a frame on Ebay and it was a Switch. He bought and it came from Malta. The frame was light and the fork too. The rear dropouts bolted on allowing him to build using a belt drive. He's very pleased overall with the quality of the ride and handling and has been on it for over 6 months now. From what I've seen and inspected the frame and fork construction is top notch. They are supposed to be hand built in Italy.
