Yes; 1. make sure the cam is correctly placed (i.e. in it's lowest position) when not pulling the lever, and 2. cut the cable housing to precisely the correct length such that it does not push or pull the brakes out of center. This latter point will require some patience. And, of course, if you're not purchasing the micros (with the adjustable cam), be sure to use the correct washers.
