I'm pretty sure this will fit me but would really like a second opinion before I pull the trigger.
My sexy measurements,
height: 167cm
stand over no shoe: 77cm
arm length: 67cm
ground to collar bone: 139cm

Top tube seems too long...

I would say it's slightly too big, given your size, I think your more suited to a IF 50-51cm frame which will give you a 53cm top tube and more clearance with the stand over height.

Uhhhh? Isn't the Crown Jewel custom?

Some will advise you to get a bike-fit, but I'd talk to the frame-builder in the first instant.

Run- don't walk away from this one.
Not only is it way too big for you (at 77cm inseam), but the bike is a terrible design period.
Really slack front end- but still has a short headtube.
I could see a head angle/fork rake combo like that if someone was trying to make a Roubaix-like bike with a tall front end. But this bike has a fairly short headtube.
Front center is really long.
I can't figure out what the bike was designed for unless the owner had an aggressive position but was super fearful of any toe clip overlap.

There's definitely something not right there. 745mm seat height for 77cm inseam just isn't right. I'm 165cm tall and my seat height is 670mm.

The IF Crown Jewel is available custom but I'm deducing that the OP went to Adddictive Cycles. So my advice is as before viz contact IF directly if an IF is what the OP wants. Otherwise there are other frame builders: English is my recommendation.
