ENVE CycleOps wheelset

I've seen a few of these ENVE Smart w/ CycleOps hubs around. The logos on the rims say CycleOps and nt ENVE however. Does ENVE uses these exact rims in their Smart products, or the fact that it is branded as a CycleOps wheelset means it's a cheaper version?

From the 5 or 6 cyclops built PT wheels that I've seen, they seem like they were build by someone who was only introduced to a spoke wrench the day before.

IMHO, you'd get a much better wheel by going direct to a wheelbuilder.
