Just got one of these frames and went to run the rear brake and found no cable stops. Are they missing or is this bike full housing rear brake?

No. It is not full housing on the earlier Dogma. It comes with a noodle to help you feed the rear brake housing. If you do not have the noodle, then use a nokon liner to feed the cable through. It helps to turn the frame upside down. You still need special dogma only cable stops that you can pick up from any Pina dealer.
