Campagnolo EURUS rim - damaged

REar wheel EURUS 2 way fit get side punch - so it is twisted in aerea where there are no spokes

Is possible to straighten rim?

I try with punchpress machine, hammer ----- no go!

Or just get another rim (205$ )

Unfortunately, the 2-way fit rims are precision-machined and require perfect alignment in order to provide a secure attachment and a proper seal. I would expect that, once physically misaligned, the bead will prove difficult to restore.
