Replacement seatpost for Specialized Transition Expert

Hi! I'm close to buying a used Specialized Transition Expert. One reservation I have is that I'll probably need to buy a new seatpost as the current one has been cut for a slightly smaller rider. Are there any aftermarket options or am I limited to original Specialized seatposts (at ca. $200). Thanks for any help!
