Dura Ace 9000 11 speed cassette- rubish product design

I was going to continue to run the record11 chain as I have heard good things about it. Unless going Red22 cassette + red chain is a better option?

I bit the bullet and went with a SRAM 1190 now. My shifting doesn't seem as good as it was, but I guess I will try to tweak it a bit more since there is at least one gear that's not quite aligned.
In any case I'm glad I'm not riding the DA one now as it was worrying me. Going to see if I can get a refund perhaps through my LBS.

Why not just go 6800? Flawless shifting and a negligable weight penalty of 20g, yes I know this is WW but the 1190 casette has always been noisy. I know which I'd prefer...

6800 casette & chain are noisier than 1170 chain/ casette… to make Ultegra 6800 quiet I changed chain for Red 1190 - what a relief

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that

I am running SRAM 11-28t 1190 cassettes on my Seven bike with a D/A 9000 and Parlee with a D/A 9070 drivetrain. Shifting is poor in back on both bikes. I get frequent hesitation and failed shifts moving to bigger cogs. All components are new. The derailleurs are properly adjusted, the hangers are aligned, and the chainlines are fine. I've tried everything but I cannot adjust this problem out. I took my Parlee to a pro bike-builder, but he couldn't fix the problem either. I am using KMC X11SL chains. I tried SRAM red 11-speed chain on both bikes, but it didn't make a difference. My main reason for using the SRAM cassette is because I prefer the gear spacing. I need the 28t cog for climbing. If I go to the D/A or ultegra 11-28t or 12-28t cassettes, I lose either my 11t or 16t cog, both of which I use a lot. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions???
On my DA9000 i also find its not as slick as a DA9000 cassette and chain combo, i also have trouble getting it into the 28 tooth sprocket.
Its not a setup issue i can seem to resolve, never had a problem on any bike before like this.
Changed the cable and messed with it a bit, its now half decent but can still be hard work to get in the 28 when in the big ring, its ok in the smaller chainring. I guess its some sort of chain line issue and the way the sprocket/chain is designed on the SRAM.
Running a SRAM Red 22 chain as well, 11-28 Red 22 cassette. I did use an Ultregra 11-28 but miss the 16t, tempted to go back to a 12-28 DA9000 and DA chain.

I just got DA DI2 but use Campy 11 speed on a HED stinger 6 wheelset and the DI2 with my campy 11speed 12-29 cassette works flawless, shifting is spot on and super quite. I still will get a new Stinger 6 wheel set and will install a Ultegra 6800 12-28 cassette. I hope shifting will be the same spot on and quite as my current campy cassette.
