Scott CR1 Carbon strip question

I have stripped back my scott cr1 saunier duval to raw carbon ( using the craft knife method), and plan to leave it that way. Around the joins ( headtube, BB and around the seatpost there are some thin strips of red in the areas where the tubes are bonded. My quesion is, can I scrape that away also or would that compromise the strength of the frame ?

I'm happy to leave them there, as it adds to the raw look, but if you can scrape it off, then I would probably do so.

...i scraped out the filler they use to smoothen out the joins, but the red stuff looks a bit more serious and is a lot harder.

My addict was the same. The red is the residual glue. It's not structural if its sitting on the outside of the carbon. Scrape her off.
