Polycarbonate vs Carbon spacers

I have recently read that Polycarbonate is lighter than Carbon. Now I'm not overly fussed about the difference in a few gs, however I am interested as to the validity of this statement, and if true, what the difference actually is?

Just to add to the choices that claim to be lighter than CF:

I suspect the lightest headset spacers will have the best removal of unnecessary material, e.g.
