DT Swiss 240s body on Lightweight Meilenstein C

Can I use a DT Swiss 240s body for Campa on a Lightweight Meilenstein C wheel?
I run the Meilenstein with Sram Red at the moment, but I want to use the wheels with campa 11 speed also (on another bike)

Swapping the hub body is pretty easy.

I know. How long will the bearings in the freehub/body remain ok? I can buy a three years old (used two years) DT240s campa body for a small price.
