I'm thinking about replacing my Campy Chorus BB with a lightweight (150g) Phil Wood BB to go with my Compact Carbon Campy Chorus crankset for a good weight savings. Do these lightweight BBs hold up pretty well??

YES! Phil Wood BB's hold up. They have been around since the 70's and I have had them on several of my vintage bikes. If you need "special cups" French, Swiss, etc. they can do it.
