New Build - want some input on cockpit stuff

So I've finally sold my VXRS forcing me to build a new carbon ride.

New frame is not an ISP so I have to sort out a post. Call me old fashioned but I prefer matching collar & cuffs, but I'm not too keen on Deda's relationship with the truth about weight. So any suggestions on parts? Currently using Zero100 bar & stem which I'm happy with shape-wise, so want to keep with a compact type bar. No carbon either!

If I were the collar-cuffs type, I'd go Ritchey, Bontrager (and Trek I'm not on) or FSA - all assuming that min bar width 40cm, set-back required, 6 deg stem

But I only give 1/2 a hoot about brand matching, plus I have other non-run-of-the-mill requirements:
Bontrager VR OS 36cm bars - for weight & width
Ritchey WCS stem - 17deg and OK for weight esp if change to ti screws
KCNC TiPro seatpost - one of the lighter alloy zero seatposts

Component wise I would go with matching seatpost and bars. Easton EC90SLX3 bars, and EC90 seatpost (zero or setback, your choice).
Then pair it with a ebay stem such as the UNO 6 and use acetone from drug store or home depot to wipe off the paint to get all black. I use the UNO stem. Very good for the money!

or if you want everything to match then I would go with Thomson everything. Thomson stem, thomson carbon road bar, thomson masterpiece seatpost.

last option... Syntace everything. P6 Carbon seastpost (very nice seatpost), F109 stem, and Carbon bars.

I have not tried any product from the company, but would have purchasaed this set, had I not found a killer deal on an ENVE cockpit.
Williams Cycling
Bars Elan $175 190gm
Stem Force $95 117gm
seatpost ionic $95 184gm
totals $365 491gm
My understanding, as I have lurking around the many sites, that Williams is pretty good carbon, the selection on the website has grown immensely over the last few years.
(I have no connection to the company!)

Hey ultimobici,
So it's even between carbon and alloy, even though you asked for no carbon.

Other suggestions - Pro and Zipp.

ultimobici,
Guess I should have read your post better (no carbon) Williams does make alloy stem and bars, but seatpost is only carbon.

SHould have been clearer, only the bars & stem need to be alloy.

Been looking at 3T & Deda, but nothing really grabs me. One deviation I may try is using a Campag Record carbon post if I can track one down.
