I also liked the Kuota bikes - two guys I know both have the KOM and they've both had no complaints with them.
In Australia tho, they suffer the same fate as Fuji, decent quality bikes let down by a lack of publicity / advertising / promotion.

Wish there was a dealer close to me who carried Kuota bikes. Unfortunately there aren't any.

BTW, here's a photo album with @ 200 pics of the 2014 Kuota line. It includes the new Disc Brake bike, the Khyora...

Interesting to note the KOM is now made in China, not Taiwan.

To the best of my knowledge (unless things have changed), Kuota manufacturing is handled by a company called Martec (who has a financial interest in the brand). They (Martec) may have facilities in both China and Taiwan, I am not sure about that.

One of the pics on the above link for the KOM says made in China.
Not a slight on the brand, just an observation.

Martec also make Fuji I think

Hi,

Taiwan is part of the Republic of China hence Martec is a Chinese company.
But, who cares? Martec is one of the best when it comes to make CF frames, so?

Ciao, ;)
