TIME pedals lines explained

looking for new pedals, never tries TIMEs before and im considering them but Im very unfamiliar with their lines, can some one give me their breakdown please, this is for non racing set, don't need top of the line or the lightest, right in the middle or little above that, thank you

Each model of Xpresso pedals get lighter as the price goes up due to the quality of materials. The Xpresso 8's are probably just as good as the 12's but with a steel axle instead of titanium.
