If they are lighter, work better and are not too hard to work on, sure.

From the data thats out there, an aero downtube and seattube are more effective at reducing drag than hidden brakes. I'd like to see bike makers go after the low hanging aerodynamic fruit first.

I just hope this uses the brake post standard that works for DA 9000's direct mount brakes. When those were announced, it was exactly for this type of application.
