I have 2 sets of Stan's 28 hole Alpha 340 rims laced to Chris King R45 hubs. Sub 1400 grams. Bomber and easy to service or rebuild. If money is no object some Enve clinchers would be sweet.

Same set up as the first two options with a Alpha 340 comes in at 1272g and $785 shipped. Will the Alpha 340 rims flex on me though? I hear they are not as stiff/strong.

I can't say that I generate megawatts of power, but I have had no problems with the 340's- fantastic wheels. I don't notice any flex during out of the saddle climbs. Mine are 24/28 spoked with cxrays to Alchemy hubs. 1290gms, I think.
