I know a group of people in a certain part of the world who are very good at doing this sort of thing... Some of them can do pretty decent work.

I purchased a NOS Colnago EPS and had it repainted by Cyclart in Southern California. The Saronni Red matched my EPQ perfectly. Cyclart will be able to do what you want; it will be expensive and take a long time. I can send pictures if you wish.
