Does anyone know wether NoRa has been running or not?

I've sent an E-mail to
NoRa (Nordischer Rahmenbau) before a week.
But they seems already gone, I think.

It's sad thing but I appreciate you for giving the information about NoRa...
Most of factories which I loved, NoRa or GS-Carbonparts were gone.
It's too sad...
Why I mailed to NoRa for asking to make a carbon stem is for BarStem by Calfee Design.
I want to order a BarStem to Calfee though I've been not able to find a single 73 degree carbon stem on the currently market.
So I planed to use NoRa, but...
