crank options for BB30 supersix himod and Ultegra di2?

I'm looking to finish building a 2010 himod (standard BB30). I'm seeing quite a few DI2 shift kits at a reasonable price and am about to make the purchase.

Crank options..

1. how is the ultegra crank with BB30 adapter? I'm sure that adds a TON of weight?
2. can I use a SRAM red crank? I've read conflicting stories from "it works great" to "SRAM chain rings are too flimsy for di2 derailleurs"
3. can someone with rotor cranks and q-rings comment as to how well they work with di2?

I'm using Di2 with Rotor 3D+ and Q-rings. Works nice. Stiffness - don't know but I don't notice any difference from DA7900 crank I used previously.
