I bought a 2nd hand Zipp 404 tubular front wheel approx 3 years ago.
TBH i'm unsure of the exact age, everything was fine until i had a cpl of spoke breakages about a month or so apart.
I have bitten the bullet and rebuilt with new spokes just to be sure.
The rim appears to be drilled straight ie no L/R offset, i'm getting minimal leaning of the spoke head in the rim so end up with a slight bend at the nipple end.
This is where the breakages where in the first place, this 'bending' was present on the old spokes.
So is this normal? or am i missing a trick. :noidea: Nipples are Sapim's that came with the new CX Rays
Many thanks in advance
