Light and safe bar/stem

I'm currently using the Deda Newton set-safe but heavy. What's the best way to go-combining light weight and safety? My own weight is 70 Kg.

I think ITM Millenium, lighter and smaller 26 instead of 31

I have TTT Zepp XL, superstiff and around 360g for the set 44 and 130mm

Syntace F99 and Kestrel EMS Pro SL, anywhere from 265g - 295g, depending on size. Both very durable, kestrel has lifetime warrenty.
