Leaving aside, perhaps, the lack of email response from Reynolds, it might not be fair to label their wheel build as "shity", when you don't even know that it was delivered from the factory that way.

Yes, my frustration got the worse of me. I have no way to know if the wheel came like that from the factory, I do know they haven't replied to a couple of simple emails where I was politely asking for help, it's been two weeks of that. I should call them directly and see if I can find a way to buy the parts I need from them.

remove the chain and flip the wheel around see how centered it is, if it is the same situation the wheel is dished fairly well.

I had a frame that would do this but the next frame is a little better and nothing is perfect. I have asked a shop to dish the wheel over to match before. I don't notice actual riding problems either way.
